Kathie Allen, D.D.S., P.A.
Dr. Kathie Allen is a native of Michigan and relocated to Sunny Florida in May 1993. She has been involved in the dental field since 1976. Her introduction to dentistry was working as a Dental Assistant in High School. Her love for dentistry lead to a career in Dental Hygiene for 12 years. In 1990, Kathie received her doctorate from the University of Detroit. Dr. Allen has been practicing for 18 wonderful years. She is an excellent listener; her caring way immediately puts her patients at ease. Dr. Kathie and her dynamic team enjoy working with our clients to deliver high quality comprehensive & cosmetic dental care in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. In her free time, Kathie enjoys the Florida lifestyle which includes boating, fishing, fitness training and attending local events and the theatre.
Dr. Allen's credentials include a solid educational background in dentistry. She received an Associate in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 1981 from Ferris State University in Michigan and worked as a dental hygienist prior to earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1990 from the University of Detroit Mercy. She completed her general practice residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, University Medical Center in Jacksonville. Dr. Allen stays current on the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry by attending numerous continuing education courses and being involved with local study groups.

Chastity - Dental Assistant
Chastity is a Florida born and raised cracker from right here in Venice. She comes to our office with 16 years of dental experience and has taken many one on one continuing education courses through the years; with some of the top elite dentists in the country. Chastity believes in education and awareness along with goal settings as a key to all aspects of life.
In her off time Chastity travels and works with the Southern States Bull Riding Association. When not traveling with the SSBR Chastity travels and competes with her horse Sasha in barrel racing and flag ceremonies at different rodeo venues.
Chastity volunteers with the Florida Trailblazer Horse Club to organize charity fundraisers for animal and human causes.
Lynn - Office Coordinator
Lynn is a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami. She started her career in dentistry in 1978 and has advanced her dental knowledge and technology through years of continuing education and experience. For the past 32 years she has enjoyed working in dentistry as a front office coordinator. She went back to school in 1990 and gained her Medical Aesthetic License working with plastic surgeons and dermatologist on a part time basis to help people obtain their ultimate skin health along with a great smile. She is passionate about helping others and seeing them smile. Lynn lives in Siesta Key with her husband Kurt.
Mary - Registered Dental Hygienist
Mary is originally from Illinois & relocated to the Tampa Bay area with her family @ the age of four. In 1984, Mary began her dental career as a certified dental assistant. Fourteen years later she earned her Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from Tallahassee Community College. Mary relocated to Venice in 2005 where she met & married her wonderful husband, Chris. Mary spends as much time as she can with her husband and their four dogs, Bear, Shadow, Jr. & Crystal. In the spring of 2010, Mary expanded her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Petersberg College. Mary enjoys building personal and professional relationships with her patients while helping them with their dental needs. Her passion is educating her patients while helping them achieve optimal dental health. Mary brings her experience, knowledge & gentle touch to our practice. In her free time, Mary enjoys swimming, boating, camping and antique shopping.
